How does the 3-day free trial work?
Before you start a plan we offer all customers a 3-day test trial so you can learn what to expect from us, and we can fine tune the call/messaging process to your satisfaction. It's a 3 day introductory period, and it's free. The day you choose to start your trial is counted as day 1, and is based on 3 consecutive calendar days, not usage days. Weekends are included.

Can I cancel at anytime?
You most certainly can. If for any reason you need to cancel just give us a call and we'll be happy to assist you.

Are there any long term commitments?
There are no long term commitments or contracts, as our plans are on a month to month basis.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We send you monthly invoices via PayPal so you can pay by either echeck, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept payments by phone or by mail.
